Jacks Point is one of the newer burgeoning “suburbs” of Queenstown. But it is around here and at Drift Bay that you probably get the best shots of both the Remarkables and the steep peaks that dominate the western side of the southeastern arm of the lake. Of the latter, only Cecil Peak can be seen from the Queenstown shoreline.
As you can see in the pictures, one of the Jacks Point Golf Course ponds offers a unique mountain reflection opportunity.
