Waterfall Creek is on State Highway 6, between Camp Creek and Boundary Creek. This is north of the Isthmus overlooking Lake Wānaka. There is a very attractive waterfall on the creek beside the road, with room to stop safely.
Walk onto the bridge for the best view. On the lake side of the bridge, you can see the bottom of the falls as it tumbles into the lake. Keep an eye open for cars while you are on the bridge.
