From Worser Bay, continue on the Te Motu Kairangi / Miramar Peninsula coastal walk by heading north to Scorching Bay. Parking is beside the beach, one of the prettiest in Wellington, with a lovely sandy shore and safe swimming.

In addition, one of the few coastal cafes on the peninsula is just over the road from the car park.
