Pops View is a signposted viewpoint over the Hollyford Valley, Fiordland, on the Milford Sound Highway (State Highway 94). It is named for Robert Alister Andrew, who died in an avalanche in 1983. The viewpoint is between The Divide and Marian Corner and allows drivers to enjoy the view safely on this windy, narrow, and spectacular section of the road. Immediately to the east of Pops View, there is also a larger, unmarked gravelled parking area. This provides similar views with much more space.
The viewpoint is best on a fine day and provides 270-degree views from the jagged Alisa Mountains to the east, the Hollyford Valley to the north and the Darran Mountains to the northwest. The northwest view is straight up the cirque beyond Marian Valley, with Mount Christina to the left, Mount Lyttle to the right and Mount Marian in the background.
